UX designer transforming complex systems into human experiences.

About Me

If it can be simpler, it should be.

I’m a UX designer focused on reducing friction within complex, multi-stakeholder environments and creating digital experiences that feel clear, intuitive, and easy to use. I recently completed the UX/UI Product Design Career Accelerator at King’s College London with a Distinction.

Before moving into UX, I worked in TV development and production on Emmy award winning and nominated shows (Shameless, Maid), where I helped develop shows that reached millions of viewers and earned Emmy recognition - by navigating ambiguity, aligning competing stakeholders, and keeping the audience experience at the centre of every decision. That background continues to shape how I design today.

I’ve always been drawn to storytelling because, at its best, it’s immersive and inclusive - it invites people into unfamiliar worlds and makes them feel like they belong there. I bring the same instinct to UX: designing experiences where people never feel lost, and always feel like they belong.

I’m collaborative, resilient, research-driven, and particularly interested in identifying the small frustrations that quietly undermine good user experiences. In my UX audit of the Yodel app, that meant uncovering how small navigation and communication failures were quietly eroding user trust at every step of the delivery journey. My work focuses on translating complexity into thoughtful solutions - reducing drop-off, improving clarity, and making experiences work better for both users and the businesses behind them.
